  • Order Confirmation

    After the payment has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please make sure the email you provide us during checkout is correct.


  • Shipping Confirmation

    Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order. Once we’ve shipped your item, you’ll receive a tracking number.

    Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped to you in separate shipments. In this case, we’ll provide tracking numbers for each shipment.


  • Shipping Times

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    We currently ship to USA only. For USA it is about 5-15 work days.

    We are working to expand our international shipping regions and secure more affordable shipping options for existing regions. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified of any updates.

    * SHIPPING TIMES BASED ON OUR BEST ESTIMATE, HOWEVER, DELAYS CAN OCCUR IN TRANSIT OR DUE TO HOLDS AT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOM OFFICE, SO IT MAY TAKE LONGER FOR AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED.


  • Order Payment

    All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD.


  • Taxes and Duties

    Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value or merchandise. For international orders, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
